We deliver AI-powered business tools for Canadian SMBs, built on Anthropic's Claude platform. 2. Anthropic's Privacy Policy

Hailant's services are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. When you use our AI-powered features, your data may be processed by Anthropic's systems. Anthropic maintains its own privacy practices governing how it handles data submitted through Claude.

We collect personal information in the following ways:

• Name, business email, company name (via contact or sign-up forms)
• Billing and payment information (processed securely through our payment provider)

6. Canadian Data Residency

Hailant is a Canadian company and we prioritize keeping your data within Canada where technically and contractually feasible. However, some of our service providers (including Anthropic) may process data outside of Canada, including in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this cross-border transfer where necessary to provide the service.

We take reasonable contractual and technical measures to ensure data processed outside Canada receives comparable privacy protections.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:

• Account data: retained for the duration of your account plus 2 years
• Billing records: retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law
• AI conversation logs: retained for up to 90 days unless you request earlier deletion
• Website analytics: retained in aggregated form indefinitely; identifiable data for 26 months

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 10).
